We have been organizing Ice Cream Classes from 2009.

We started with teaching Basic Gelato Classes

and until Today our Basic Gelato Classes are well recognized with the Ice Cream Lovers.

Many famous and successful Ice Cream Shop owners in Thailand and in other Asian countries started learning the first steps of making Ice Cream from our Basic Gelato Classes.

During the road our team learned and developed their knowledge

from several Ice Cream Professionals from around the World.

Every year we are learning more and more about Ice Cream.
