Our Private Classes have the benefit of being completely personal.
Ideal for shy people or people who don't want to share their information or ideas with others.

Select your ice cream machine(s):
 
We have about 12 different kinds of ice cream machines in our collection.
 
1. extra small - small - medium - large - extra large
2. with extraction door - without extraction door
3. vertical cylinders - horizontal cylinders
4. with drain - without drain
 
You have the privilage to select one, two, three or four different kinds of ice cream machines to make your ice cream.
 
In this way you can experience the different performances between the machines and you can compare the differenece between ice cream textures when you take out from each machine.
 
 
The schedule and guideline of our Private Classes are the same as our group Classes. (see below)

Our Basic Gelato Class is ideal for everyone who wants to learn more about the Artisan Gelato & Homemade Ice cream.
 
Perfect for people who wants to make their own Ice cream for their family or friends
Great for people who wants to start with the "Ice Cream Business"
Excellent for shop/restaurant owners who wants to add ice cream at their menu
 
 
Our Basic Gelato Class has two parts:
 
Morning - Part 1 - Theory
In the first part, we will teach you about the basics of Artisan Gelato & Homemade Ice cream.
We will explain the purpose of each ingredient and the different production methods.
 
Afternoon – Part 2 – Hands-On
In the second part, we will teach you how to make your own Ice cream.
We will explain which machines and tools you can select for your ice cream production.
You will make at least four different Ice cream recipes by yourself.
You have the opportunity to make your ice cream with four different kind/sizes of ice cream machine.
 
 
After the ice cream production, you are able to bring back home the ice cream you made.
Great for give your self-made ice cream to your friends or family.
